What You'll Do:

Senior Team Lead

You have markets experience, but you're still hands-on—coding daily, not delegating from a desk. We're looking for practical hands-on leaders who minimize unnecessary meetings.

- Mentor juniors effectively—help them improve and contribute more.
- Optimize for extreme performance, manage volatile scenarios, and incorporate advanced financial strategies.

No reinventing the wheel; enhance and automate the current setup with repeatable, scripted processes, all fully documented.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement automated infrastructure for real-time systems, including deployment pipelines, monitoring, and scaling.
- Handle cloud operations on GCP: Manage Kubernetes clusters, serverless setups, and distributed systems for high availability.
- Optimize infra for performance and reliability in volatile financial environments.
- Configure, optimize and maintain colocated linux servers for low latency trading.
- Document everything thoroughly—create maintainable systems that anyone sharp can pick up.
What We Need From You:
