Ediphy's hiring principle starts at the top. Every senior hire, from co-founders through to the wider leadership bench, has shipped production infrastructure at scale, in live institutional markets, before joining.

The result is a leadership team with direct familiarity with the problems the platform is built to solve: decisions about execution microstructure, data architecture, or regulatory reporting are made by people who have managed these systems under live market conditions.

As the firm grows, we are scaling that bench across functions and across European centres, adding depth in engineering, quant, product, regulatory, and commercial while keeping decisions close to the people doing the work.

REGULATOR

The governance of the CT providers, the associated costs, and fees for data users, as well as the CT provider's ability to process data, are paramount for the attractiveness and the functioning of the CTs.
