Ediphy Partners
Extending Ediphy's reach
through strategic partnerships.
Selected partners who complement the Ediphy platform, regulation, operations, and specialist domain expertise. Each partnership is structured as a joint go-to-market with clear deliverables.
Philosophy
Selective, commercial, and structured.
Every partnership listed here is a structured commercial arrangement with a defined joint client outcome. Each one exists because a specific class of client problem is better solved by combining the Ediphy platform with a partner's domain expertise than by either party working independently.
Who we work with.
The current roster. Each partner has a dedicated page with the joint deliverables, target client profile, and engagement structure.

What "partnership" actually means
What the term means here.
The word "partnership" carries limited meaning in most vendor contexts. Ediphy uses it narrowly: a commercial relationship with shared client deliverables, senior co-ownership, and a defined structure that survives personnel changes on either side.
The matrix below shows what the Ediphy partnership model looks like against the arrangements a procurement team typically encounters when assessing joint capability options.
| Ediphy partnership | Reseller agreement | Affiliate / referral | Loose alliance | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Defined joint deliverables | – | – | Partial | |
| Senior co-owned engagement | – | – | – | |
| Shared commercial structure | Fee only | – | ||
| Survives team turnover | Partial | – | – | |

How partnerships form
Client-led or product-led.
New partnerships form in one of two ways. The first is client-led, a specific engagement surfaces a capability Ediphy doesn't hold in-house, the obvious partner emerges from the work, and the partnership formalises around a repeatable joint delivery.
The second is product-led, the Ediphy platform roadmap points to an adjacent capability that a specialist partner is better placed to lead. Either way the test is the same. Prospective partners who fit the profile should get in touch via the contact page.
- 01 Joint scoping callSenior leads from both sides on a single call to assess fit and scope.
- 02 Defined deliverablesSpecific joint outputs the partnership produces, agreed before engagement begins.
- 03 Co-owned engagement modelOne engagement lead per side; both accountable for client outcome.
- 04 Commercial structureReflects the shared client work.
- 05 First joint clientPartnership formalises around a substantive client engagement with defined deliverables.
Next step
Speak to the team.
Whether you are a prospective partner or a client asking whether a partnership applies to your situation, the first step is a joint scoping call. Both leads, one conversation: sufficient to assess fit, define the shape of the work, and determine whether to proceed to a structured engagement.
